This was my second stay at Skepparholmen and I can’t recommend it enough. The food, the scenery and lovely service by Wåge and Andrey made for a wonderful stay. We hope to visit soon again!

Small room, but clean and very nice service. No larger table or desk in the room, only small bedside tables and a chair. Nice view of the lake, quiet, extra blanket and pillow available.

Unique location.

Unique location on the Baltic sea. Cozy rooms with very nice Spa. Breakfast was amazing with pancakes and whipped cream too! Receprionists are amazing and really endeavour to assist with every request. I was granted an earlier check in. Dinner was ok, but slightly overpriced. The location is unique. A true must if you love nature and the sea. Such a pity there was no kettle and teabags in the room. Likely tea and fruit are available in the Spa.

Great Scandinavian Spa

Hopefully this hotel will join gold VIP program soon. The manager was super nice and offered me room upgrade. The room was simple and serve the purpose, however, it didn't have fridge though. The SPA was amazing, and I wish it allow guests stay there a bit longer.

Decent overnight stay. Roooms are smal and cold, not possible to change temp. Found a pill in the toilet wich wasent cleand properlly. Restaurant was overcharging if you consider what you got served. Same with the "spa", glas och juice for almost 5 euro is insane when the juicepackage they had was from the store that sells it for 1 euro. Spa was 1 pool inside and 1 pool outside wich were crouded. Not sure how you can call that spa hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and i wont come back. Only good thing was the breakfast.

Spa-upplevelsen på hotellet var absolut trevlig men väldigt basic i jämförelse mot andra liknande. Väldigt mycket folk i spa:t vilket tog bort från de mer lugna, harmoniska. Var fullt både i pooler, restaurang avdelningen och lounge stolarna nästan jämnt. De har inte riktigt listat ut vart man ska hänga morgonrockarna så dessa var lite överallt när man gick vid poolerna. JÄTTEtrevlig personal i spa:t så de ska de ha ett stort plus för. Inget utbud av produkter varken i rummet man sov i eller omklädningsrum, brukar annars vara ett trevlig tillägg - att få testa kanske ngn skrubb, spray etc. Litet rum och väldigt lyhört, hörde andra gästers alarm på morgonen. Väldigt blandad atmosfär från mer lyxig i lobbyn, restaurangen till ganska grått och platt i A huset där jag bodde.

Det var inte den förväntade relax känslan. Mycket fylla och hög ljudnivå. Fick ingen torr badrock som blev blöt eftersom det saknades hängare. Rummet var extremt låg standard för priset. Maten var fantastisk men helheten var för dålig för att besöka igen. Det var en byggarbetsplats också utan sikt på sjön.

Utsökta skaldjur och desserter, men köttet för sal

Min vistelse var överlag trevlig och personalen var vänlig. Maten kan dock förbättras, särskilt köttet som ofta var alldeles för salt. Samtidigt vill jag lyfta fram att , blåmusslor gratinerade samt drinkar och desserter var riktigt utsökta. Med lite justeringar i kryddningen av köttet skulle matupplevelsen bli ännu bättre.

Blev faktiskt förvånad över att standarn i rummet var så låg men tyckte spat kändes bättre men annars så var tex incheckningen och utcheckningen dålig då de personalen hellre ville prata med varann och hon som checkade in oss behövde lite hjälp med ändring i våran bokning. Sängarna var verkligen två enkelsängar med enkel madrasser på så välj rummet med queensize bed men vi valde det andra för informationen talade om att det var ett bättre rum så man kan ju undra hur rummet som var lite billigare såg ut då vårat inte kändes fräscht. Mörkläggnings gardiner hjälpte inte och rummet var så varmt. Just det en sista grej var att när vi fick rummet så var spegeln så äcklig då något sprutats på (kanske städet som sen glömt torka eller så är det annat äckligt) frukosten var också tråkig tyvärr.

En helg med spa

En helg med spa. Polen ute var trevlig att avnjuta en eller två öl i. Bastun höll temperaturen och de gungande fåtöljerna skvalpade i takt med vattnet. De veganska alternativen lyste med sin frånvaro i menyn på middagen. Dock kunde kocken slänga ihop (möjligen frysta) kroppkakor tillsammans med primörer. Frukosten erbjöd heller ingen större variation inom det veganska. Dock åter igen hittade kocken lite hummus som jag är tacksam för. In- och utcheckning fungerar smidigt med leende personal.

Middagen var helt okej, maten var inget för oss samt sambon fick fel efterrätt, väldigt tråkigt hotell, baren/lounge grupperna kändes som man satt och vänta på att få bada i badhuset, ingen som helst mysighets känsla. Vid bokning visste vi inte att rummen inte var i samma byggnad, så vi fick springa i spö regn från rummet till restaurangen. Spat var bra, men för mycket folk samtidigt, ingen musik eller mysighets känsla där heller. Bra att dom renoverar men man ”levde” i en bygg arbetsplats och det fick man inte info om innan heller. Totalt helt mörkt från spat till rummet när man skulle gå. Väldigt tråkigt hotell, finns inget att göra för att kunna umgås på nått sätt. Frukosten var bra. Kommer ej åka tillbaka.
