A lovely central hotel on Gamle Stan, and what a good choice it turned out to be. A lovely old hotel opposite the water, with quaint twists and turns. Very close to the good restaurants. To cap it all the breakfasts are fantastic - loads of choice, hot, cold, drinks juices. No lunch was necessary after that breakfast. Terrific.

The staff was so helpful giving directions to museums, etc. The breakfast was a dream come true! Loved having a bathroom downstairs to use before heading out for the day. This hotel is in the best location for seeing so many beautiful places and getting on the water taxi. I would stay again on my next visit!

We stayed there for four days. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants, and busses and the local ferries. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. Cookies and coffee in the lobby was a pleasant bonus.

On the top of being a great hotel to stay at, it is centrally situated and consequently it provides all the facilities required to discover different faces of Stockholm without struggling with trams or buses. I would highly recommend that address to land on an enjoyable experience 👍😊

I’ve stayed in Gamla Stan several times. This hotel stands out for its beauty and complimentary breakfast. I’ve traveled to several countries in Europe, and this hotel has had the best breakfast. Additionally, there was both a fan and space heater in the room.

This place has the best hotel breakfast you will ever experience. It is kind of unbelievable. The beds were exceptional; even the pull out extra bed we had for our teen had the same construction as the main bed and was great. The only issue we had was an unresolved request I made for assistance after an (expensive to me) travel item was broken in the room by housekeeping.

We had a wonderful stay (my sister, best friend and I). The staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. A lovely touch having tea, coffee and biscuits avalible through the day in the lounge. A super location for exploring and a great selection for breakfast to start the day well! The room we stayed in was a great size with lots of space for the three of us. The bathroom was a little on the small side and it was a shame not to have a mini fridge to store water etc in (or a safe!) But those are very minor things and we would definitely recommend this hotel and see ourseves returning again in the future.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The hotel is centrally located and the breakfast is among the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. I’ve traveled to over 60 countries and all seven continents and the breakfast at this hotel is phenomenal.

The breakfast is amazing! One of our favorites in our travels. The staff was very helpful. The location to the ferry is very convenient. The hotel is old so there were not any outlets in the bathroom and lamp lighting was extremely low in our room. Just quirky side note.
