The friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of each member of your staff was outstanding. The facility was immaculate and well maintained. "Very disappointed with the “Cozy Queen” room. It looked nothing like the photos online — extremely small, tiny window, and only one nightstand. For nearly $600, it felt very misleading and not worth the price. When we raised this at reception, one of the ladies was very rude and dismissive, saying we booked a room type rather than the exact room shown in the photos, which felt unhelpful and not understanding of our concern. The two ladies at reception overall came across as rude."
