Location is great.
Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean.
Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised.
Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag.

"Very nice hotel, did a great renovation. Spacious room and bathroom with all facilities including. Breakfast is very good with great coffee, salmon, delicious bread, etc. Very cozy bar and nice terrace for sunny days. Highly recommend!"

"Wir waren zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war mit Balkon und wir hatten einen Platz in der Garage des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war ausreichend. Wenn man etwas negatives finden will: der Teppichboden im Zimmer war schon älter und fleckig und der Wasserdruck der Dusche war ziemlich ..."
