"Nice spacious and comfortable room. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. Breakfast was okay most days. The pool was nice and refreshing on the hot days. However, the staff was not very helpful. I decided to check out a day early, but the desk clerk didn’t know how to refund my money since it was prepaid through Hotels.com. She sent it to her manager and I still have not received a refund."
