Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are. One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites."

"A couple of cons were the room key cards did not work until reprogrammed at check -in. Also the baggage cart was too big for the size of the hallways and especially the elevator. Need ones half the size. I found the bathroom quite cramped for space and the door must be closed when using the shower. I'm 175 lbs and 5'10''. The carpet in the room should be replaced. It has seen enough service. Other than the carpet everything else in the room was very, very clean and neat! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again but get the flooring people in there to do some work."
