"A great place to stay, right off the highway, family owned and run for generations. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in Belgium and Amsterdam. The pool was beautiful and so clean."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the bathroom 'door' was a piece of frosted glass that provided no meaningful privacy, why? Otherwise a great find and very good for the money."

"Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."
