"It was a great experience, the history of the hotel is amazing, only issue we experienced was the lack of a elevator, stairs were difficult for us, however the staff were very friendly and helpful, would return"

"Beautiful new hotel. A few glitches, some local one corporate. 1. Website says pet friendly does NOT mention fees may apply (most hotels do). Normal fee $20 to $50, Hyatt $100. I don’t dispute the cost but it should be mentioned. 2. High dog fee but bags were not supplied at waste station 3. No outlet on one side of bed. Front desk said they would try to get us an extension cord. They did but I had to move the king size bed to install it! 4. Bath gel was empty in shower."

"It had a modern rustic style that was very "Montana" like. Pool & spa room looked nice but we did not use it. The line to check in was long and we were surprised no one was called to help check people in. Hotel did NOT have an elevator. We had 5 heavy bags that we had to schlep up the stairs. If we were informed of this we would have requested a first floor room or stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was fine."

"This was a great hotel for our family for a soccer tournament. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good! I wish the pool was warmer or they had a hot tub, but otherwise a great stay."
