Nice, cute place! A great place to stay for cheap without compromising on cleanliness. Did not partake in provided breakfast, but location is great for Penn State campus, less than 10min by car. Lots of places to get food nearby as well.

This is a family run motel. The rooms are dated and maybe even a bit mildewy smelling. But it is safe, convenient and I have really grown to like it : ) Level set your expectations and enjoy this little gem!

A sweet mom n’ pop property run by a lovely young family. Cheaper than anything in State College and right on the doorsteps of The Waffle Shop and a wonderful Greek restaurant, I always make this my budget friendly stay when I’m visiting my son at PSU. It’s a rare find.
