"I recently stayed at this property in Gdańsk. The apartment was small but comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness upon arrival was very disappointing. There were hairs on the floor and even on the bed, and the bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned. There were also visible stains under the sink, suggesting that the apartment hadn’t been thoroughly prepared for a guest. The property responded quickly and sent a cleaner, which improved the situation. However, a better first impression...

"Small studio but had everything we needed. You do need to bring your own shampoo, etc and room was never serviced. Communication with elite apartment staff was excellent and they were helpful. CheapTickets had the wrong contact number which caused huge problems at check in and they were of little help there."
