"Rooms was excellently renovated; all the comforts of home; great bed & pillows. High water pressure in the shower. Breakfast plentiful & tasty. Steep rocky stairs outside, so a warning those with physical handicaps climbing. Albeit, this is a historic location (including the stairs) and that is also the beauty of it. Huge outside yard to sit, eat, listen to music, watch the fire, etc. I had a challenge managing the heater, a set of instructions would had helped and/or I could had asked. The host was terrific. This was a very enjoyable stay with no complaints from me. We'll be back. "

"The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We happened to be the only guests when we stayed and the did not cut corners at all. Still prepared breakfast every morning and were helpful with problem solving. We plan to visit again."
