"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "We have just returned from our trip to Malta. The hotel was fantastic. Public car park directly next to hotel. The hotel common areas, restaurants, pool and our room were very clean and spotless. There were always cleaners keeping the place in a great appearance. All the staff are polite and very hard working - we honestly couldn’t fault. We chose the daily breakfast option, not all inclusive - the breakfast was buffet style. Good selection of food but the quality of the food, particularly the English breakfast buffet, was not great (fried eggs were always uncooked with raw egg white, bacon was dry). The steak restaurant ( Carvv) and the Italian restaurant (Ombré) for dinner and lunch respectively were very good though - we tried them once only as we mostly ate out for lunch and dinner. Although it was also an all inclusive resort there were no fights for sunbeds by the pool first thing in the morning. We were able to find sunbeds for our family of four after our late breakfast (they have clear signs they would remove belongings on sunbeds that are unattended for more than one hour) so that was a relief. Plenty of pools for children and adults - one pool they do not allow any inflatables which is nice. Also an indoor pool. Pool depth no deeper than 1.3m in the deepest places so they were perfect for me as a non swimmer. We would definitely stay again."
