"We had a great 2 nights here. We were greated by Don who was very nice in getting us checked in. When we first walked in it smells very bad. It's a musty old kind of smell that was very unpleasant. The lobby was clean but definitely needs to ne updated. Our room was very nice and did not stink thank goodness! You can tell its been updated with new mattresses. The breakfast wasn't too bad or the coffee. We did not use the pool or stay much at the hotel other than to sleep. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. "
"Ill start by saying the staffcwas great!! This review is for management/owner. Its dirty!!! Our first room was filthy...like they never changed the sheets! Hairs and wrinkly sheets, bathroom was gross with a lot of hair, visible and significantly dirt/grime in corners, bathtub crust.The room the moved us too was less dirty - but still not clean... but by then it was late and we were leaving early a.m. so i just dealth eith it. The pillows are hard as rock!!! Ill probably have to go to chiropractor this week to address the aftermath of sleeping on bags of cement :/ the first level secondary entrance makes an
insanely loud beepbuzz everytime someone swipes a keycard...we could hear it loud and clear on second floor with the a/c running. I will not ever be staying here again and would adivise others to find a better option! The Quality inn by Costco was great and clean and only 40$ more!!!"
"The general manager is super stuck up and rude. Had our day switched becuase we booked the wrong dates by accident. Went to check in around noon asking what time the check in is and they said to come back and check in at 3 and everything was good with the switching of the dates. Came back at 3 to check in and general manager named Christina had added extra fees after saying everything was okay. We paid the pet deposit, and an extra fee for the difference in pricing and finally got checked in around 6 pm. She was super rude, and not friendly or welcoming at all. Asked some other lady staying at the hotel for the time the pool closes and she replied 10 pm. When I had asked her she told me 9 pm which is a lie. Also lied to us by not mentioning any extra fees earlier in the day. The hotsprings was nice, but we were clearly upset as well and Christina didn’t offer us any sort of compensation for our delay on the room, and seemed like she was trying anything she could to not have us there we felt very unwelcomed. Never going back to stay there ever again. "
