Lady on nights was really nice My room door 330 looked like it was kicked in before or jimmied open. My dry off towels had a few pubic hairs, my sink had hair also. The room hadn’t been dusted in months. The bed was comfy

We stayed there for work for about 3 weeks. It’s a great hotel for a great price as well. The staff was always respectful and friendly. Our room were always cleaned every 3 days.

The location was prefect for event. The hotel clerks was excellent but the room was not clean, sheets have stains and rooms needs remodeling or upgrades. Air conditioner not working properly, room was hot and hallway. The hotel does not have bell carts for customers use.

Check in was as smooth as gold. Mr A was super friendly and funny. We came in as a family of 3 with a dog, $25 pet free but they are pet friendly as advertised. The room was super clean and was very large. Even the bathroom! WiFi was on point and they even have breakfast!!! Laundry room on sight, weight room. These people want your business and by the way the room and staff were they definitely will be referred while we are here. The only downfall was the morning lady we crossed paths with. We got up for breakfast at 6:30 and there was nothing set out for cups when it came to coffee, creamer was out. Oatmeal and nutri bars for breakfast was set up. Other than that this stay was super pleasant and a 9/10 in my eyes!!! Thank you for having us!

Consider this before you book!

I stayed at this hotel because of the good reviews about cleanliness. The property, lobby, room — you can tell someone puts extra effort into keeping those things up. However, I have a few things that made us decide not to stay here again. #1) The HORRIBLE SMELL. The elevator, hallways smelled so musty and also smelled like marijuana! The room smelled just as bad, and I believe this is true because the air was off when we got in. It was so overwhelming. I also believe the carpets are not clean. When I leaned over to pick something off of the floor, the carpets smelled like the atmosphere. I’m convinced the reason for the odor is the carpets are filthy. They are very dark carpets so you can’t see the dirt, and I never walk barefoot in hotels. I always wear slippers so I couldn’t confirm that but I believe it with everything in me. I went to bed and couldn’t sleep for a while because of the odor in the carpet. The bed was comfortable though and we could tell the sheets were fresh and clean. Last thing I will say about the room is that we did find another guest’s trash in one of the cabinets and the refrigerator door handle was missing. #2) When we walked in to check in there was a note on the desk to call for assistance. No one was at the desk so we called and we were told that someone would come. It took about 10 min but a young woman came and she was very polite and apologized for the wait. Once she arrived, check in weren’t very smoothly. I can tell she needs more help.
