"Great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Public rooms have been well updated and look great. But our bedroom had had ½ a makeover. New bathroom. But no internal phones, wardrobes are out of the ark, doors have very old lock system. No safe. No interactive tv screen. Hot water very hit and miss. Doors and frames have been repainted but are clearly very old and look very old! The view from the room was awful. Over looking old part of the building, rusting down pipes and unpainted rotting windows. Bed...

"I think the only thing that was clean was the bed. The carpet was completely stained, there were coffee splatters all down the wall, bathroom didn’t look clean, the bath panel was also hanging off. The mould on the walls was making the wallpaper peel off. The floors were very creaky and uneven, each time you walked around it would make the wardrobe move and bash together.
