"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I booked a queen bed with a sea view through Expedia and paid an additional amount for this upgrade. However, upon arrival, I was allocated a room with a double bed instead.
After noticing the discrepancy, I contacted Expedia, who confirmed that my booking was indeed for a queen bed. I then went to reception to have the issue resolved. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff maintained that the bed type was only available upon request and chose not to address the issue.
As this was a long-planned holiday for my husband and me, I did not wish to escalate the situation further at the time. However, the experience has left me very disappointed.
I would also like to raise a serious concern regarding how this matter was handled. I felt that I was treated unfairly, and the interaction left me questioning whether I was treated differently based on my race. This is a matter I do not take lightly and would appreciate it being reviewed carefully.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service received and would not recommend this property. I would appreciate your prompt response to this matter."
