"Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Lemon Beach Resort. The resort was clean and scenic, my room was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and assisted by carrying my luggage to my room. I was also able to get a relaxing massage. I would recommend staying here. It was a pleasant all-around experience."

"The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty. The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction. Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice. Widad"

"From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much."

"What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

Dass man Lunch / Dinner spätestens 1 Mahlzeit vorher bestellt sollte man beachten, dann kommt auch alles frisch und sehr pünktlich. Essen, insbesondere Fisch war super. Weiteres Restaurant nahe anbei fußläufig (nicht so gut, aber "billiger", kann oft nicht Wechselgeld rausgeben), kleiner Shop ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Taxis und Kirche. "Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. "
