"From the moment we arrived, something felt off. The front doors were locked, and guests could only enter if someone inside let them in. At check-in, I asked a simple question about breakfast hours and was met with a rude response: “If you allow me to talk, I’m going to get there and explain everything.” That immediately set the tone. The next morning, housekeeping knocked on our door at least four times around 10:00 AM, which felt excessive and disruptive. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also a major concern. The bathroom had visible grime and buildup around fixtures, and someone had even left behind a dirty washcloth from a previous guest. That level of housekeeping is unacceptable. Hospitality starts with kindness, cleanliness, and making guests feel welcome. Sadly, this experience missed the mark in all three areas."
