"My husband and I had a nice stay here. I will say however, the room is extremely small. The photos were mostly of the larger room with the tub, so I recommend getting that room if you don’t like small rooms. Also the toilet being just a glass door, so no privacy when you’re going to the bathroom so be prepared to get very close with whoever you are staying with haha. But other than that the AC was amazing! And this was the only stay we had on our honeymoon that had a smart tv so we could watch...

"This apartment was perfectly located in Zadar. Our stay was lovely! We only ended up being here for 1 night but we had everything we needed for our time. Bed was super comfortable and we had lots of room to lounge! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Zadar."

"Clean comfortable room. Bathroom had all the amenities and towels. Super friendly staff and a good breakfast. Best part is the location of this hotel. Right at the water front and 5-10 min walk to the old town area and 2 mins to the Sea Organ. If you planning a trip to Zadar, good place to stay."

"Dino went out of his way to help us both with suggestions for tours and restaurants but also with guiding us through parking, posting mail, and recovering forgotten items. Nothing fazed him! And the accommodations absolutely lived up to their name! Location couldn’t have been better—parked the car and didn’t need it again for the rest of our stay!"

"The hotel’s location is excellent. However, the noise level was a significant drawback. There was very loud noise coming from outside, continuing well past midnight. It appeared that parties or late-night gatherings were taking place nearby."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. "Ich war sehr begeistert, von der Ausstattung und dem Service eher ein Hotel als ein Hostel. Das Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad war sauber und modern. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, trotzdem war es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Im Haus befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant, bei dem Hausgäste sogar einen Rabatt bekommen. Der Personal ist äußerst freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant."

"The apartment at Villa Karla was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and it was also great to have a parking space - we visited Zadar at the end of our trip and it was then easy to drive on to the airport."

"Apartment was high end which was what I was expecting when I booked. Added advantage was parking as this was included but you can walk to beach within 6 mins and a couple of bars and restaurants around apartment which again is all walkable but as apartment was self catering they did have a small supermarket 8 min walk away. I would stay here again as host was excellent and it was a good base to visit the surrounding areas."
