"Room was ready when we arrived. Check in process was easy. Staff were very helpful and attentive. They were able to help with any questions we asked. Breakfast was very good, large choice of dishes and and special requests were catered for. We didn't book a room with a beach view but were able to see this during breakfast and dinner in the terrace restaurant. Overall we were very happy with out stay."

"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."

"The staff were very friendly and polite and the chef is good. The hotel is in a good location for walking and driving around Jersey. It's on a fairly busy road but heavy blinds and curtains kept our room quiet. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it must be nice in hot weather. The bedrooms could benefit from updating.
