Room was smaller than I expected, but grounds and service were phenomenal! Breakfast was included with the room, and we had ours delivered every morning to our private patio, for no extra charge. Concierge service was the best I ever had.

Lovely resort in the most beautiful tranquil bay! Property, service, food all were excellent. Only suggestion is to improve the on site boutique…it offers very little inventory and variety. It was the only part of our stay that was disappointing.

Un séjour au top ! Il manque juste une petite chose à ce paradis ! Un service à la piscine ! Durant notre séjour , il faut se déplacer pour demander un serveur ! Par contre gros cœur de cœur pour la serveuse italienne dont j’ai oublié le nom avec un sourire et une joie de vivre toute la journée ! Elle se reconnaîtra ! Merci à vous !

Incrível lugar único

Hotel incrível super minimalista bem aconchegante . Nada de luxo mas muito mais confortável que outros da região como lê Barthélemy que cobra mais caro e oferece muito menos . Hotel mais boutique pequeno que dá mais atenção aos hóspede . Seu valet e super rápido sempre alguém preparado pra ajudar . Café da manhã a lá carte , demora para servir mas o tema é relaxar mesmo e ir comendo com calma . A piscina é super agradável com poucas cadeias dando sensação de mais exclusividade . Pena q tem apenas 1 atendente durante o dia conhecemos um francês normalmente invocado mas o italiano sempre mais feliz em atender . Pena que servem em copo de acrílico oque quebra bastante a qualidade . Quando pede uma dom perigon quente sem gelo é plástico e um pouco inadimissivel. . Concierge Silvio melhor e super simpático , vale sempre conferir com ele as suas atrações e dicas . Quarto ok não eh grande mas novo e bem utilizável . E cama um pouco mole demais achei ruim . Praia super bacana parece um lago sem onda que dá água no joelho por um longo 500 metros de água .

Le Sereno, five stars and more!

Our recent stay at Le Sereno was no short of serene perfection! The staff and service at this unbelievably beautiful location are truly what makes this hotel shine all 5 stars. We were beyond impressed with the sincerity, kindness, and attention to detail that the staff provided at all times. They really go above and beyond to make sure that you have simply everything you could want for on your trip. Pictures do not do this beautiful hotel justice. An absolutely tranquil stay, just what we needed. Thank you so much to everyone!!

Time de funcionários bem treinados, simpáticos e com boa comunicação! Ficamos impressionados com a cordialidade. Quarto excelente, muito limpo e cheiroso. A praia possui mar calmo, ideal para banho e esportes aquáticos (que também são oferecidos pelo hotel). A única ressalva seria sobre a academia, frente ao número de hóspedes que utilizam, poderia ser ampliada e com mais aparelhos/esteiras.

It was very relaxing in a remote setting. The staff was attentive and excellent. Was disappointed in the beach area. The prevailing easterly winds caused some blowing sand issues on the property. Thought the price/performance for the quality of the property was a little to be desired.My wife and I enjoyed our stay but thought the price was somewhat excessive.

Paraíso em St Barth

Realmente o hotel entrega o que ele pretende. Confortável, agradável e lindo. Fica em uma reserva ecológica e algumas tartarugas nadam na baia em frente ao hotel todos os dias. O único problema que vejo são alguns pernilongos que estão no hotel ( mas também na ilha toda), e que se o quarto não fica fechado adequadamente podem dar um trabalho pra dormir ( mesmo com a raquete elétrica dada pelo hotel e inseticidas). Agua, cerveja e sucos são dados no hotel no quarto e na academia gratuitos.. mas na piscina eles são cobrados.. então leve do quarto... Eles tem um serviço que busca o hospede no aeroporto.. mas recomendo aluguel de caro.. os restaurantes, beach clubs ficam em outras partes da ilha !
