Very sweet, beautiful, homey and special place. It also has a cute, small pool and friendly little dog. The owner, mgr and others were very friendly and interesting. The breakfast was very good as well as other meals or cool drinks. The people were very attentive. We were taken to the shopping area and shown the restaurant near by.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The hospitality was unmatched - Maryse gave us great recommendations for restaurants,hikes etc. breakfast every morning was served in the common area - assortment of bread, pastries. Maryse even scrambled some fresh eggs for everyone in the morning! FDL is a 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches and walking distance to 3 great restaurants. It was the perfect mix of nature and relaxation. We can’t wait to come back!

Our suite had 4 rooms, and all were outside except the bedroom which was delightfully air conditioned. Breakfast was great coffee and fresh croissants. There were no rules, signs, keys, TV, phones or paperwork. We felt like guests, not paying customers. Special thanks to Stephan for being so helpful.

If you are looking for a four seasons experience, this place is not for you. It's much better! First you are located in the hills of St Barts. You are surrounded by tropic vegetation. The property is a bit funky, but real fun! The rooms feel like you are in a tree hut. Within five minutes walking you can be at the three of the best tests in St Barts. The owner is wonderful! She was incredibly helpful and made the trip a fun journey. If you like dogs with a character wait to you meet the little guy who greets you and if you are lucky jumps up on your bed for a little run

The lady gave our room away and then came up with some lies as to why our room wasn’t available and we’d have to stay somewhere else. Doesn’t answer phone or email. This was such a great stay, an Maryse was an amazing host. The property looks even better than it does in pictures. It’s a short drive away from town, but the surrounding area has amazing views. We stayed in Kaz a Sucre room and while it was nice and spacious, it’s not the most private, so I would only recommend it for couples or close friends as there is no bathroom door, just a curtain. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you can always find a space even if it’s a tight fit. You are surrounded by nature so beware of bugs!
