When I arrived, the hotel did not have my reservation from Expedia. I was still able to get a room. The water pressure for the shower was extremely low. No wash clothes. Staff was very friendly and great customer service.

This hotel stay is if you are looking for somewhere to rest your head for the night. The food was good, and the service there was good. Everything else was mediocre. I found a roach crawling in the bathroom, so I kept my luggage secure for the time I was there. Didn't look like the bathroom got clean before we got there

Rooms equipment needs servicing. There were smells in the room. It may be the air conditioner or the sewer. There was noise in the mornings from 6:30 am. The front desk staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Would have liked the breakfast menu to have more local options. Overall stay was not bad.

I do not recommend this hotel

The rooms are ugly, the state. The rooms were not cleaned in a week. Too expensive for what it is. The only thing I can say is that the person who works in the kitchen is an excellent person and very good service

So even I first got there no one took to my room she just hand me the key & told upstairs the white door there was so many white doors so service was not good & also no mat on the bathroom floor I could have come out the bathroom & slip & fall no microwave in our room the stove is century old they really need a upgrade both my kids & I will have to going downstairs to ask for stuff other that is he pool was great & the breakfast was great the was friendly but overall if wasn’t to bad it just upgrade

The staff members were very pleasant and accommodating, however upon my arrival to the property I was very disappointed because the property is badly in need of upkeep. The 1st room we gotUpon entering there is a room with class walls which appears to be a storage area it not an appealing sight on entrance since the things inside is very dusty and thrown all over.

Value for money

My wife & i spent one night during the carnival period. The place was clean, located near all the carnival activities and did not cost as much as the other nearby legacy hotels. However, it could do with a little upgrading & modernizing as it had a 1980's feel. The staff is helpful but a bit more training in terms of greeting customers, warm smiles and making you feel welcomed would help. We felt like it was an emotion-less business arrangement. The breakfast was good. But be careful when using the shower as wall tiles were installed on the bathroom floor which can be slippery when wet. This is a serious fall hazard. All in all, it was a nice quiet stay and would definitely return.

False advertising and I was not given the room that I thought I paid for. Before, I detail the negatives, I must say that the staff member on duty at the time of check in really tried her best to accommodate us and was very pleasant and even apologetic for us not getting what we thought we paid for. The kitchen staff at breakfast were also pleasant and it was good. On the other hand, this place needs a TOTAL overhaul. Firstly, no one contacted us when the booking was made and we had to call the day before with the receptionist having no record or clue of our reservation. Then the worst was the room pictures online did not align with what is presented as the Classic Studio Suite - which I suspect we did not get even though I specifically selected that room online. However, by the time we checked in it was too late to press for a refund and find somewhere else to stay. So after much back and forth, we just settled for the closest option in terms of rooms which had no kitchenette, cutlery nothing. We had to go back with all the stuff we came with to prepare. Secondly the place was dirtyyy....leaves in the corridors, old mats in the walkway, cigarette stubs all over, there was an overflowing bin in the area outside of the pool...the list goes on. Lastly, this just does not seem worth the price being charged. Although it may be cheaper than some nearby places, the standard is disappointing. They need to take some more interest in up keeping this place.

Everything looks not taking care of except for the pool. I booked for 3 nights with breakfast included and on my second morning there was not staff to make me breakfast, not even a banana shake when i asked. I have cero recommendation for this place.

We had a great stay! We booked one night due to a scheduling conflict and st Anne’s didn’t disappoint a Wonderful 24 hour service a lovely pool and a comfortable air conditioned room. We def recommend staying here

Location was excellent. Just off the Savannah, near Queen's Hall, in a lovely residential community. Near to a supermarket, pharmacy and eating places. I enjoyes the pool and the hot tub. Was concerned about the sign 24 hour hotel
