"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing. "

"I prepaid, as required, for this place for a family vacation. When I arrived and attempted to check-in, the place was no longer available. This meant that my family of 6, including 3 kids (11 and under) were left without a hotel on Christmas. I cannot evwn begin to explain how heartless this act was. Please, never rent from here."
