The location of the apartment is ideal. It's quiet yet very close to all amenities. It felt very safe as well. We were able to walk to everything! The host, Ivica, was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful and comfortable property, which is as good as it looks in the pictures. The staff were so helpful, especially Toma, who was easy to get hold of and answer any questions. We will definitely be back here again

We stayed in the traditional studio, and we couldn't be happier with it; it was clean and spacious. Split can be quite costly, so we appreciated that the property had a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, yet remains very quiet and private. Communication with the owner was excellent, offering numerous helpful recommendations.

Beautiful room in great location

Beautifully decorated room with all you would expect in facilities at good quality. Really convenient to walk into old town without the busy tourist traffic here. Very nice welcome and very helpful. The main concern is noisy building/neighbours at night so can be a problem if you are a light sleeper

This place is in a great spot. It’s on the ground floor, it’s quiet, walkable to most everything. There are LOTS of other apartments nearby but this one is super clean and nice !

Superb location near Split old town and less than 10 mins walk to Riva Promenade. We stayed 3 nights, however for a longer stay I would recommend fresh towels and linen. All round excellent !

The one bedroom apartment was clean, fresh & fully equipped. A quiet location and an easy walk to the Palace and all other sites of interest. Toma, our host, gave clear instructions on how to access the property. He sent us lots of information about restaurants, museums, places to visit, ferry & boat details to visit the local area. We couldn't have been more happy with our host and accommodation

Excellent property in a good location. Very close to a supermarket. We arrived on a Monday and at the end of Wednesday we asked for fresh towels as there was no towel rail or place to dry towels properly the owner said he would bring fresh towels but he did not.
