"The room we were given did not have airconditioning. Just a little electric fan. We did not make a big deal out of it since we only stayed for 1 night. But it was very inconvenient. Otherwise, the hotel, the staff and the location was perfect."

"Apart from them forgetting to pick us up on the FREE hotel bus shuttle back and forth from the hotel and Porta Nuova, (but they did come quickly when I called them) and the safe in the room did not work as it required a new battery......I have nothing but pretty much EXCELLENCE to say on this hotel. ..."
