What truly made this place unforgettable was the exceptional staff and customer service. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to the owner, who went completely above and beyond for us. Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. "The breakfast was already laid out buffet style. Would be nice to have freshly cooked fried eggs but what we had was good. A vast array of breakfast to suit every need and not restricted to amounts. Clean large room. Friendly helpful staff. Because it was April visit no hot tub as the holiday season not yet in full swing. Lovely old harbour but an evening walk to harbour restaurants."
