Dear Thank you very much for your feedback. Please book directly with us next time so that we can inform you about our room categories and make you feel more comfortable. Switzerland has a rather moderate climate and there are only a few days per year with very hot temperatures. For this reason, it would be too much of maintenance to install air conditioning for so few days. However, we have ventilators at reception which we provide free of charge to our guests, but we charge a deposit which we return when the ventilators are given back at check-out. Please come directly to reception next time so we can help you with the light switches. We would be happy to welcome you again.

Dear GeorgeThank you for your feedback, even if your rating is of course a little disappointing to us.The new building is built with exposed concrete, modern and without carpet. Carpets in hotel rooms are usually rather unhygienic and therefore frowned upon.Despite the modern construction, we also thought about toilet doors; in your room the toilet is closed with a sliding door...We can't understand the prison feeling, we've only seen it from the outside so far ;-)Best regards and hope to welcome you soon, maybe in another, less modern room.Hotel Seaside

Our person in charge at night constantly checks the safety of our guests and cleans the common areas. Therefore he is not permanently at the reception and it can take a little longer until the doors are opened because the house is very spacious. Dear Guest! We are very sorry, that you did not feel confortable at all in our hotel. We excuse us, if you have been disturbed by the noise of other guests. In your room, we obviously had a problem with our special "Giulia shower system", thats why you smelled unpleasant odors. This problem has been fixed immediately. We apologise for this. In our restaurant, we offer a three course menu with seasonal and regional products for CHF 38.00, and you always have the choice of a menu with meet, one with fish and one vegetarien.
