"The photos on the Expedia website was misleading made you feel like the hotel was in a nice village or farm environment but actually a street side old restaurant + hotel building. After settling down the hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean! The shower water volume was massive one of the best in world as far as I can remember! Few free parking spaces on side which was convenient. Breakfast was so so far from the photos on the website."

"Good choice of breakfast . Very clean throughout the hotel . Room top up of clean towels etc was excellent. Wonderful private beach with a lovely bar . The only gripe is being charged 20 euros for a bottle of water in the restaurant"

"This boutique hotel is quiet & perfect for solo travelers. The staff at the front desk & the restaurant are most kind & hospitable & they speak English. Irene at the front desk was most helpful to me. She saw me struggling with my roller board to get it up the front steps. She left the desk & came down to help me. I thought that was so special."

"The hotel was clean and quiet. Close to the airport. A perfect stay for the one night I was there before my flight. The staff was lovely and accommodating, calling my taxi to the airport at 5am, and even opened the complimentary breakfast for me so I could have some food and espresso before my long day of travelling. I’m so grateful! "

"Unfortunately, the space was not clean, I did not feel comfortable and welcome. The cushions on the chairs on the balcony were completely wet. The room is oriented and only 2-3 meters away from the main road on which, among other things, trucks drive, and the doors do not provide any sound insulation. The price far exceeds the type of accommodation and service. I'm sorry, but this is real right now and what I experienced."

"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately..."

"The room was clean and nice but quite simple with bunk beds and beds on the ground - a camping feel to it. Staff was very friendly, beach nice and restaurants great. The trailers were 1 km from the beach though (which I had missed when booking)."

"The location was excellent, it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that has let me into my room before check in time and I was shocked. They made my day with that . Staff is extremely helpful and always go the extra step and very friendly . Well appointed and done up nicely. Only negative is it’s a little dark on the inside .Sorry for that. But I would stay there again."

"The reviews seemed too good to be real, so I was a bit skeptical. But when I got there, I was quickly proven wrong. The hotel was amazing. It’s just as beautiful as the photos. The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. "There were 2 of us on this trip to Venice then the Dolomites. We flew into Venice around 3p. Getting transportation from Marco Polo airport was easy. We used a bus. It dropped us off at the standard stop in Venice. From there we were able to wslk while pulling our luggage for just a few blocks; however, one of the 2 bridges that we had to use to go over canals did not have a ramp, and it was a little difficult. The hotel staff - Vladimir and Marco greeted us, took our luggage and brought us...

"The hotel was good but only issue was I could hear voices in other rooms and footsteps past midnight last night. The breakfast is good and staff delightful. No other issues. There is an elevator but a set of stairs to get luggage to the door"
