"Bathroom renovations not complete, blue and white hose from under vanity connected to floor drain. Gap at top of new bay windows exposing rusty patch. If you have a large 4wd you will have difficulty parking"

"The staff were exceptional! They had booked us an upstairs room, but due to my husbands health, that was not even an option, so the staff changed us to a downstairs room with no issues.
It was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for the two of us."

"I have stayed here before and it was great. Unfortunately this time i felt like i was given the worst room in the resort. Checking into room 106 abutting the servo next door i could smell a sewerage type odour. The bathroom door didnt close and there was a foot long gap in the bottom where slats were missing. The toiletries in shower had not been topped up. I ended up just showering and changing going out to dinner (elsewhere) and on my return i was met with the blaring music coming from the...
