"The location, room & breakfast were excellent. The staff who checked us in were welcoming & helpful. Having an EV charger on-site would have been very convenient.
Unfortunately, the receptionist on the night shift, whose duty ended at 7:30 a.m., spoiled our morning & negatively impacted the rest of our road trip. She was rude, became defensive during the interaction, & seemed unwilling to handle the situation professionally when I questioned her statement & asked for the manager’s name. That experience is the reason for the lost star."

"Located right off Main Street. Within easy walking distance to many Main Street attractions. Included nearby parking in well lit lot. Charlotte at the front desk was beyond helpful each day and the friendliest person on the property, though all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was very good.

"I checked out the three hot tubs while I was there. Two of the tubs had obviously not been maintained for a while. The water was cloudy and gave off a very unpleasant odor. The third tub was mostly empty of water. No soaking for me.
The TV was somehow fixed at a certain volume, which I wanted to lower but could not. The mute button was also deactivated. Very frustrating!"
