Several calls to La Quinta before we found a real person to give us the number of the front desk. Not much help there either. Seemingly unaware of the problem. we finally figured it out. Took over an hour."

We tried using the phone to call front desk and phone was broken. At the front desk the receptionist told us that a new phone would be available until two days later. Toilet was fixed in timely manner by a kind custodian."

"For a hotel at that price, it was very disappointing that the only way to have streaming services was to connect to the hotels WiFi. The issue was that it did not work the entire stay."
