"Check-in was fast, professional, and very welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with beautiful surroundings and an amazing beachfront. There are many restaurant options, and the pools are excellent. The adults-only pools are a great improvement and make the stay more relaxing.
Things that could be improved:
Room cleaning was not always done at a convenient time, and sometimes only in the afternoon.
Dinner is buffet style with a wide variety of food, but the quality could be better.
At breakfast, the dining area can be quite warm and there were sometimes flies around the food, which was a bit unpleasant.
The gym is new and well equipped, but the large windows create a greenhouse effect, making it hot and humid during workouts.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back."
