"A great place to stay and very suitable to get a bigger room for remote workers. The lap top size safe, stable Internet and lovely staff makes it an extraordinary good value. The area is also lovely if you don't like to be among tourists. The best food is just found along this street. You need to get yourself a motorbike to have a great stay and explore the island. "

"I travelled with my daughter and was terrified about how unsafe it would be - but the doormen were so accommodating and professional - especially Pi Piramit! Such a fatherly figure and there was another young doorman who gave a flower to my daughter to put in her hair! Katherine who checked us in was also professional and patient in her demeanor and explained about how to get around the huge compound. What we really enjoyed was the two pools, one had a kiddy slide that adults up to 90kg can ride and my daughter loved it! The other pool (Oceanside) overlooks the ocean in the morning and sunset in the evenings where a fire show with fireworks happens once the pool closes at 7pm! You can also order food from the restaurant and enjoy the pool (kindly note: no lifeguards are present so watch your kids!) If you like a stay that is scenic, luxurious and near to Patong Beach - this is it - tuktuks are about 300 baht each way :) The nearest mall is Jungceylon and there are a lot of massage places nearby that is more affordable by 100 baht than Old Phuket Town. 45 mins to Phuket Central - just remember not to travel during peak periods to avoid jams but everything is walkable with Erawan Zipline and ATV just 5-10 mins away! I do not regret a moment staying with Diamond Cliff!"
