"The room was very good and big. The bathroom was strange in that it had 2 sliding doors 1 on each side. These were quite hard to close as you had to pull on a small recessed catch. Also the bathroom ceiling had obviously been painted but they had left paint drips all over the wall! These room was well appointed with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and kettle. Only powdered whitener was provided and when my wife asked for a jug of fresh milk at reception was directed to a vending machine where...

"Our only issue was wifi access. Wifi access was limited to 1 device . Room was clean. AC was available and functioning properly and not noisy!!! Appreciated being notified that we had left articles behind which allowed us to send someone to retrieve them."

"Our room was a corner room. It was a nice size. The side view was an alleyway. The air conditioning would not get below 22. We let them know more than once, but it was never resolved. Room got hot, so we opened the patio door. Loved that there was a parking garage and it didn’t cost extra to park. That was made up for with all the Calgary fees and taxes. Very basic continental breakfast, but it was nice to come downstairs for coffee. There was no gym, we would have had to go to another hotel....

"It's a great property - very well located, spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. I honestly just found the room too cold despite adjusting temperature and it's so dark even with all the lights on. Minor in the big picture."
