"Overall pleasant stay. After booking a king suite, I called in to check the amenities and I was told that I will be getting full kitchen with stove and oven so I had made arrangements accordingly. However, upon checking-in I learnt I wasn't getting any of those! Breakfast buffet - Disappointed having to share tongs for veg and non-veg food!"

"Check-in was fine. I would suggest as parking is crazy in the Gong. Incorporate parking in the price of your stay. I think $287 a night fair with parking, when mentioned x-tra for secure parking, that’s strange. All should be in the room stay."
