What a great hotel we have stayed many times and I just do not get why the breakfast is not good. The staff working is fantastic. THE FOOD IS GROSS. Eggs, simple eggs why do they taste like that. Bacon raw. Hot oatmeal can have flavor. Go simply if you cant do these things. Come on someone must realize this. Everything is clean and great but how do you mess up simple breakfast and a good cup of coffee.

Thank you for the review! I am so sorry our breakfast is not what you expected. I will make sure to pass this on to our Food and Beverage Department as well.
We stayed for 4 nights - Monday through Thursday. In Tuesday we returned with our room in the same state as we left it on the morning. Thursday was the same. It seemed they were fully booked and short on staff.

Suites are very nice and property is great. But too much noise from adjacent rooms. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better.

Beautiful new hotel within a 2 minute walk to restaurant, coffee, and the University of Notre Dame.
Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Most embassy suites the pool is open until 11pm. With this hotel being close to the central time border, it would be nice if this one would be too. This hotel not really family/kid friendly but loved being at Notre Dame

While I understand your frustration due to the closing time of the pool, we do close it at 10PM for guest safety and security. I am glad you enjoyed being close to Notre Dame and will look at what we can do to make your next visit more enjoyable.
So much of the property was not available. I understand being short staffed but what good are amenities at the property if they are not available to paying guests? I rented 3 rooms. No access to rooftop it was locked. Would have been great to take photos staff would not open. No restaurant was open on site. Multiple fire pits all unplugged and non operational. Very frustrating.
It is a great hotel and convenient location for accessing the Notre Dame campus without actually being he den of noise and activities of the student life. I highly recommend this hotel for business, pleasure and an overall wonderful hospitality experience... truthfully!
Great location. I do find the front desk staff a bit clipped and short for no reason. I know it's a big game weekend but it was very quiet when we arrived Thursday evening. The rest of the staff was very friendly , particularly the cleaning staff.
Per guidelines I requested housekeeping to do room.
Bed was not made.
Empty Toliet paper roll was left on spindle
Did NOT tidy up room to any acceptable standard.
The hotel did not have the room type that we reserved, and did not notify us when we checked in. Upon our complaint, they upgraded us to a slightly larger room, but still without the two beds we'd reserved.
