"Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer."

"The TV in the room did not work because of internet. Everyday was a struggle to get the TV to work. You can hear everything from the apartments in the next room. On the first day I asked to checkout later at 2pm they said I need to pay for a full day but I can check out latest at noon. The receptionist did not say I needed to pay extra for this. "Das Zimmer mit der Ausstattung war gut, es gab einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Klimaanlage. Super war der direkte Zugang zur Poolterrasse und der Blick aufs Meer und die Silhoutte von Durban. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück wurde immer frisch zubereitet. Der Poolbereich bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung."
