"They have a predatory no-cancellation policy and the front-desk staff was annoyed to have to talk to us. My wife and I are pretty mellow and we're polite, especially to people doing their jobs, so we almost always have a good experience. But this hotel was too much. They made us wait outside at night for 10 minutes before coming to the door, then acted like we were annoying them. I made a mistake in the booking and tried to change the date, but they have this weirdly strict policy against it....

"My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind."

"The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy."

"Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying at site. This created long waits to get to and from room. Room was clean but had broken tiles in bath and long black hair on shower walls. Not what I expected for the price. Probably wont be...

"First off when we arrived after 11 PM pulled into the parking lot and noticed broken down cars and homeless persons sitting in a lot. I went inside to check in. I could not hear the attendant through the plastic or glass shield that was supposedly protecting the attendant. We got to our room and Weir immediately disappointed with the smell and how dirty the room the chairs the tables were. The next morning after taking a shower, which was not terrible. We left for the day returned back to our...
