Great stay

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff, offered the choice of rooms on arrival, really nice onsite restaurant, safe parking. Beach and more restaurants 2 mins walk away.

Super Hotel

Super room, spacious, modern, tastefully decorated. Excellent meal in the hotel restaurant. We last visited Hotel des Pins 10 years ago and it was good to see how it had been developed.

Excellent séjours de 2 jours dans cet établissement idéalement situé près de la plage Amélie (sauvage et tranquille). Accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Il manque juste un petit frigo dans la chambre pour que tout soit parfait.

L'hôtel a une annexe il faut traverser une route pour y accéder Je n'ai pas apprécié la qualité du matelas qui n'était pas du haut de gamme et pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ne pas avoir la climatisation dans la chambre reste incompréhensible, il faisait tres chaud dans la chambre. L'insonorisation était décevante, on entend les clients de l'étage supérieur uriner. Je trouve excessif le prix de la chambre pour le confort fourni .

Bel hôtel, très propre avec de beaux ensembles chambre, salle d'eaux, toilette séparée. Je souligne la grande gentillesse de la direction et du service. Je me déplace beaucoup et j'apprécie vraiment ces hôtels hors chaîne qui ont une personnalité. Le restaurant est d'un très bon niveau avec une cuisine étonnante Franco/Thaïlandaise : je recommande.

Pour une nuit proche de Soulac et de la mer

Bien sur l'accueil, la propreté des chambres, le parking securisé. En revanche, nous n'avions que de l'eau chaude dans la chambre et il a fallu l'intervention de la direction de l'hotel pour avoir la wifi sur un site particulier....Sinon au petit déjeuner il vaut mieux ne pas venir à 9h45, tous les composants du petit déjeuner ne sont plus présents ou avec de l'attente.

Site bien entretenu, proposition de repas accepté sans donner le prix , lors de la découverte du prix 26 Euros refus. Petit déjeuner proposé pour 9H30 finalement avancé 9H. A la sortie de l'accueil mon sac attaqué par le chien du propriétaire, le sac porte la trace ,en terme d'accueil il y a mieux.( pas d'excuse ni de remise). je suis déçu de mon séjour, dommage car a proximité de l’océan. Pour un prochain séjour je cherche ailleurs.

Bon hôtel à l’écart du centre de Soulac, très peu de passage sur la route Les chambres sont dans un bâtiment séparé en face du corps d’accueil de l’hôtel Le personnel est sympathique et la directrice très accessible pour tous problèmes éventuels
