"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sheraton Kagoshima. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made my stay even more special. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kagoshima. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"This hotel is quite close to the Sakurajima ferry terminal which is very convenient! It's also just a walk away from the shopping district, but far enough away to still be quiet. The room had a bit of a weird layout and I kept accidentally walking into the mounted TV. The bathroom was a good size and comfortable enough to take a bath in. I would recommend skipping doing laundry at this hotel or in Kagoshima generally as it's quite a bit more expensive than other places. The breakfast options were interesting, though scheduling a time was a bit inconvenient. We still enjoyed the breakfast choices!"

"The hotel has a beautiful waterfront view. The room we stayed was a bit old but spacious and had a table snd chairs which was very convenient for eating. There were 2 convenience stores and Bento (take away food) shop in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop to go to CBD in 5mins walk. A Bus takes 20-30-mins to CBD, only 230yen (like $2) and a taxi takes 10-15 mins less than 2000yen (like $20). The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of good choices and friendly staff, Tanimura san was very friendly and looked after us very well. We appreciate their hospitality. Overall it’s a good hotel in a quiet area with friendly staff."
