The room with the balcony side could get noisy at times especially between 5:30am - 6am. They were exercising across the street with very loud music. However, our last night we stayed in ocean view with king bed, it has better view, and bed is a little bit softer, and noise control is better. We can easily get a Grab to go anywhere. We would...

"We stayed two weeks in the Ania beach side hotel. The room was clean, private, quiet and we had ocean view. Air conditioning came very handy and a floor standing fan. Staff were amazing, attentive and communicative. Room had fridge, electric kettle, microwave and some dishes and utensils. There is also shared kitchen on the main floor in case you need extra pieces of dishes. Location was great. Two blocks from the beach and also tons of restaurants and convenience stores were in the vicinity....

The pictures appear to be heavily edited, and the actual room was in poor condition. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and worn out, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning did not work properly, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, the same problem occurred every day. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout...

"The size of the room had my jaw dropping, and the view is just perfect. Facing beachfront and ocean view, you’ll see its beautiful sunrise. Room is clean. It had a kitchen but it’s not equipped except the basic kettle and boiler. Breakfast is average, the pool was nice. The staff though, they’re so nice and helpful. They deserved to be applauded!"
