Perfect stay. Staff super friendly. Sea view room with morning sun. Silent nights as the louder restaurants and bars are 3 min away by foot. No sandy beach in front of the hotel (we knew that) but perfect beaches within 10 min drive! Would come again!

Nice hotel with 2 adjacent buildings, adult and child’s pools at both sites with plentiful beds and table spaces. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. 5 min walk from Cala Bona marina.

Nice hotel and location. Few minutes walking distance to the Harbour, shopping and bars/restaurants. Unfortunatley no beach or bathing possibility outside the hotel due to cliffs. Nice beach in Cala Millor.

We tried to contact Hipotels with questians during our visit via email and via Hotels app but no answer from them. The Hotel was good, but it would be better if there is a way to get into contact with them. Now there was only a phone number to call.

Beside a derelict site

Have to say ,I was very disappointed with the room ,was supposed to be a one bed apartment,instead it was a studio with a large sliding door made of plastic .the view was of a derelict site next door.

Wir waren für 7 Tage in diesem Hotel. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben: • Bei der Buchung stand, dass ein Pool vorhanden ist. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass es gar keinen Pool gibt – das finde ich ein großes Problem. • Der Code für den Zimmereingang hat am Anfang nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück war der Kundenservice sofort erreichbar und konnte das Problem direkt lösen. • Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht wie beschrieben. Es hieß, dass täglich (außer sonntags) gereinigt wird. In 7 Tagen wurde unser Zimmer jedoch nur zweimal gereinigt. Ein drittes Mal haben wir selbst darum gebeten, die Reinigung auszulassen. Das ist insgesamt deutlich weniger als angegeben. Insgesamt gibt es hier noch einiges an Verbesserungsbedarf.

Die Toilette war mehrmals kaputt, sodass Handwerker zweimal kommen mussten. Die Abdeckung der Klimaanlage ist abgefallen wenn der Wind stärker war. Die Küchenutensilien waren schlicht weg nicht da oder dreckig oder mangelhaft, wir mussten Salz, Pfeffer und Spülmittel selbst kaufen! Der Tisch am Balkon hat die ganze Zeit gewackelt. Das Essen im Hotel war nicht wirklich gut und entsprach nicht den Bildern bzw den Beschreibungen. Im Zimmer waren Ameisen immer wieder und ziemlich viele, obwohl wir ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage hatten. Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft nicht wirklich dem was auf der Website versprochen wurde und was man eigentlich erwartet hat. Außenrum ist es jedoch sehr schön und man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand zu Fuß in ca 20-30 Minuten erreichen können.
