"The Boston Seaport Hotel was the perfect location for my visit. It afforded easy walking distance to things I wanted to do and see. And easy access to public transportation.
We stayed in a spacious room (king size bed) and it was lovely, quiet, very comfortable, and well maintained by housekeeping.
.
The Starbucks cafe on the lobby level was very convenient, well-run, and had a nice selection of breakfast pastries and other items. Servers were friendly and efficient.
Every staff member I interacted with was very personable, warm, and helpful."

"The restrooms in the lobby were filthy and wreaked of urine. The floor in the breakfast room was sticky. All food was highly processed with the exception of apples.
No USB ports in the room only outlets.
Bed was lumpy.
The location was quiet though."
"I stayed overnight for easy access to a concert at Symphony Hall. Perfect location, comfortable beds, nice staff. Only critique is that the air conditioner was a bit loud. It kept the room temperature perfect but would wake me up. If I’d remembered to pack ear plugs it would have been fine."
"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property was connected to the Prudential shopping center which was nice as well. My daughter and I enjoyed a some cornetto’s and coffee in a beautiful garden area while we were there. The location of this hotel to restaurants, the symphony hall, trains and other sights is incredible. We could basically walk anywhere we wanted or hop on the train. When we come back, we will stay here!!"
"It’s a Westin with great standards. I would say the breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. I think the $20 voucher they give you probably should cover it not the additional $15 on top."
