VERY friendly staff - pool area was closed when we arrived (out of season) but an even better solution was found by the staff with a smile. We would absolutely recommend this uniqe mountain hideaway.

Hotel was good, our room was lovely and had a good view of the mountains. Hotel just lacked a bit of atmosphere, there was a bar but only small so no where really to sit and relax in the evening. We were only B &B , breakfast was good but we had one evening meal in there which was disappointing.

Good and bad but overall comfortable

This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner but the food was really not good. Everything felt from a freezer bag and overcooked and bland. Front desk staff allowed us to check in early which was nice and the bar staff was helpful but most other staff felt like we were putting them out. Not overly friendly.

Well worth a visit

We were slightly suspicious that this hotel has a rating of 10 but after staying I totally see why. We were greeted like long lost friends and made to feel at home for the entire trip. It’s a fantastic location but the staff make it even better.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil der Preis zunächst attraktiv erschien. Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschte jedoch Nebensaison – der Pool und die Sauna waren geschlossen (man konnte jedoch alles im gegenüberliegenden Hotel nutzen), das Restaurant und die Bar waren nicht in Betrieb, die Rezeption war nur morgens besetzt, und die Zimmerreinigung beschränkte sich im Wesentlichen auf das Entleeren des Mülleimers. Das Frühstück war vermutlich das schlechteste, das ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Insgesamt hatte man nicht das Gefühl, in einem „richtigen“ Hotel Urlaub zu machen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel neu und sauber ist, ein schönes Design hat und die Dame an der Rezeption wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen schönen Urlaub, da die Natur rundherum wirklich magisch ist. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich jedoch etwas „voll funktionierendes“ wählen, selbst wenn es ein wenig teurer wäre.

Empfehlenswert.

Fruehstueck mit wenig Abwechslung. Immer die gleichen 2 Wurstsorten. Kein Tiroler Speck, Leberwurst oder Salami. Eierangebot ok: Ruehreier, Satzeier, weichgekochtes Ei, Speck und Wuerstchen. Kein Sahnekaese. Kein dunkles Brot. Alles schmeckte sehr gut. Pool und Sauna grosse Klasse. Sehr freundliche und hilfsreiche Bedienung.

Skønneste oplevelse i de smukkeste omgivelser

Vi ankom 3 timer før vores check-in, men da værelset var klar blev vi budt velkommen og tilbudt at checke ind med det samme. Poolen var under renovering, så vi fik lov at bruge nabohotellets spa afdeling, som vi havde helt for os selv, det var fantastisk! Personalet er fantastisk søde og imødekommende, og meget opmærksomme på om vi mangler noget. Man kan virkelig mærke at de gerne vil give os det bedst mulige ophold.

Sehr freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Unterstützung bzw. Service während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes. Reichhaltiges Frühstück für jeden Geschmack.
