В отеле очень много поломанных, разболтанных предметов интерьера и оборудования. Понятие сервис отсутствует. Чемоданы таскайте сами. Вода только при уборке, уборка сводится к заправке постели. Матрасы жесткие. Вода ржавая. Меню ресторана скудное.

В целом отель понравился, атмосфера спокойная и приятная, больше подходит для отдыха вдвоём, без детей. Хороший бассейн и комплекс саун. Скромные завтраки со вкусной выпечкой. В ресторане средний чек на двоих 3000 руб. До подъёмника возит микроавтобус каждые полчаса. Номера маловаты, был угловой стандарт с балконом . На балконе почему-то не было мебели, видели, что у выходящих на бассейн были столики и стулья . В целом всё хорошо , рекомендую .

Инфраструктура отеля нормальная, но за эти деньги сервис абсолютно не соответствует уровню заявленных звезд. регистрация заняла почти час... в ресторане приходилось не только долго ждать еды, но даже бутылку воды несли 40 минут. после случая когда официант не пришел к нам ни разу за весь вечер и дав нам счет спросила понравилось ли нам (блюда и напитки мы получили только после ругани от администратора а не от официанта), больше в ресторан мы не ходили. на завтраке все столы грязные, выбор еды не очень. только в последний день было достаточное количество официантов. сервис в общем испортил впечатление от поездки сильно, при том что мы не придирчивые и не сильно напрягаемся при медленном обслуживание, но это было просто хамство при чеке за ужин от 5 до 10 тысяч рублей!

К сожалению, мы остались разочарованы посещением данного отеля. Конечно же, есть свои плюсы, поэтому с них и начну: 1. Красивый вид. 2. Открытый бассейн, где можно загорать в ноябре. 3. Большое количество активностей в течение дня, которые включены в стоимость! Прекрасный тренер Марат и замечательный мастер на все руки Родион! 4. Хороший завтрак. Дальше к минусам. 1. В основном это касается персонала. Невнимательные, медленные, не всегда корректные. Много дезинформации - на ресепшн говорят одно, в Спа комплексе другое. Не внимательны к просьбам гостей и их важным датам. Первый раз у меня такое, что заранее пишешь о событии в комментарии при бронировании, а никто из персонала не в курсе. Даже слов «поздравляем!» не услышали, не говоря уже о каких-то мелких приятностях, которые всегда имеют место быть у конкурентов. 2. Душные комнаты и неудобные подушки. Холодильник шумит. Маленькие номера! В ванной с трудом разместили косметички. 3. На балконе нет мебели, вообще никакой. На вопрос «почему?» на ресепшн ответили: «зачем вам мебель? На балконе же просто фоточку надо сделать и все!» 4. В Спа комплексе нет порядка! Люди с маленькими детьми и ором в сауне, люди в уличной обуви в Спа комплексе. 5. Ресторан сильно разочаровал. Цены немаленькие, но при этом мизерные порции и готовят невкусно, а жаль! Надеемся, что администрация примет наши комментарии к сведению, и следующие гости смогут насладиться пребыванием в отеле с большим комфортом! Удачи вам!
