"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Conveniently located."

"I thought the hotel was very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We traveled all the way from Wisconsin and found California hospitality to be very impressive! My only complaint is very mild and might just be a Hilton thing (as I've not stayed at Hilton for a very long time), but I was disappointed to find that continental breakfast wasn't included. All food and beverage options on-site had to be purchased, and they were quite...

"Easy airport shuttle. Great breakfast."

"I was attending a conference. I needed my shirt and slacks ironed. I called three times. They never showed up! I left for my conference with wrinkled clothes!"

"We had to switch rooms due to no ac, pur second room had roaches and bed bugs, the room had a mildew odor. There was feces in the toilet. Ended up checking out immediately and going to a different hotel. Photos make it look way nice compared to what it is. Only thing clean/nice was the lobby area"

"Hotel was very clean and cute inside. Staff needs some training on greeting customers and making guests feel welcomed. Young lady up front barely cracked a smile and provided minimal direction on anything. Sounded like she was a robot or reading a prompt. Not the friendliest."

"I would stay again"

"I ask to stay 2 mor days the front desc Mac it complicated So I left"

"This little hotel was so cute. The front desk lady was so nice and very helpful! The property was well maintained and super clean. I loved our little room and the shower was my favorite. The waterfall/rain showerhead was amazing!!!! I will definitely be back to stay here whenever I’m in the area. 100/10!!"

"Everything was good but on the morning I was to check-out, the cleaning person tested my door handle to see if I was gone yet at 5:17 AM! #1 It freaked me out, and I couldn't get back to sleep. #2 why were they trying to get in at 5:17 AM. I looked outside it was the cleaning person. For light sleepers, that's not cool. Everything was clean and nice but the bed had a dip in the middle so you had to sleep in the dip. : ) I guess I'm used to more firm beds."

"All staff members were nice and the facility was clean."

"Nice hotel"

"Room is very clean and quiet Lobby and general condition of the hotel is very clean and good condition. Free parking is a bonus these days The breakfast besides the eggs and crispy square potatoes is an easy pass and the coffee is abysmal."

"Really amazing staff. Genaro saw my drivers license was from very far away and it was late and he knew I was traveling all day so he ended up taking care of my parking. Also were able to accommodate a late check out the following day. Overall really cool hotel, will stay here again."
