"Won't stay at this one every again. Sad that this is a Wyndham property in such disrepair. Broken glass on door to hotel. Not secured so anyone could come off the street. Rug in room was wet and had terrible smell. Vent in bathroom was filthy. Sheetrock in hallway was missing ... so disappointed. Could have spent $40 more to be at the Hampton Inn which my friends were staying at that was IMMACULATE, great breakfast, amazing amenities. Never again at this one."

"The room was newly remodeled, so it was very nice, but it was horribly hot. When we got into the room, it was very hot. Finally got the room to cool down after about two hours, the hallway on the third floor was 84 would’ve been nice to have at least the cooler working in the room. The bed was very, very hard.The continental breakfast consisted of two cereals, a waffle, iron and hard-boiled eggs in the future. I would suggest maybe offering a little more, especially if you’re advertising a continental breakfast."

"So sad. Shame on you Wyndham. The only reachable electric outlet was so worn it would not hold a plug in the sleeping room. No USB ports or electric plug to use for phone chargers. No alarm clock. NO coffee maker in room. In a multi floor motel, the only ice was down the stairs, no elevator, at the front desk. Very poor breakfast selection. Cheap thin bedding What kind of motel puts room doors that SLAM shut? You can’t stop guests from talking in loud voices at 2 or 3 in the morning, but you CAN install quiet, soft closing doors. And a chain lock for security? ??? The night clerk was great. The woman who staffed the desk at 6a.m. not so much."

"The room was clean, bed was good, temperature control was good, excellent breakfast. The only negative was that maintenance of the fitness/workout room. The first day the trash was overflowing; I mentioned it to the front desk and it was taken care of. The second day, the water cooler was empty and there were no towels. That's why I gave only 4/5 stars to the maintenance rating."

"Parking was easy, right in front of our room. Staff was excellent, getting a 1st floor room for my mom who can’t walk stairs. They also accommodated our room right next to theirs. Only issue was how loud it was in the morning (starting around 5am). Having rooms with doors that face the parking lot, there was a lot of guests making noise, loading up their vehicles, delivery vehicles with back up beeps going off, reducing made it hard to sleep in a little. Grounds were clean and staff was friendly."

"My husband and I stayed at the Heritage Inn for one night with our dog as we were in town for work. Overall, we had a great experience until we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours .. First thing to note, when booking on Expedia it does not clearly state this but not all rooms are pet friendly. We were messaged by the property stating this and unfortunately, the room we booked was not pet friendly. The manager ultimately allowed us to keep our room though! Our coworkers stayed at the inn as well and same thing happened to them. Heritage inn is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And I still recommend staying here as it is in a great location & near lots of restaurants. The place is very clean and well kept- HUGE shout out to whomever tends the garden! It is beautiful and my pup loved smelling all the flowers. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the little details such as chocolates on the bed side table. The guest lounge is also great for grabbing a snack / drink and they have a bunch of DVDs you can borrow! *There is no staff onsite* this was very inconvenient when it came to getting locked out of our room. We had to wait until a housekeeper arrived to unlock it which took about 2 hours. Huge shout out to the manager Michelle! She was always available, kind, and helped anyway she could! Thank you! We were told we would be rectified for this error, but I'm still waiting to hear back on how they plan on doing so."
