Everything in the hotel was great except for the beds. I had a room with two beds. I laid in one and it was too soft and rolling over it sounded like springs were loose. (Not sure if they even had them.). I switched to the other bed and it was the same.

We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door.
