For the price, the hotel was a very nice surprise. Staff was very helpful in making sure we found the property. Very clean. Didn't use any amenities, but would stay here again if we were in the area.

Very impressed. Unebelievable view, friendly staff, and a room, comfy and clean room. Small tip - I missed seeing any handsoap in the bathroom, but Im sure If id asked for it, it would've been taken care of. Otherwise extremely well stocked room setup for cooking.

Can I stay here every time I travel? Wow! The room, the view, the staff, everything was perfect. It appears as a trailer court when you first arrive, and I couldn't find the office. It needs an arrow when you turn in at the sign/boat. However once I got to my room- it was a treat. I am so glad I choose those location. Convenient to everything I wanted to do.

This was our first time staying here, but we will definitely be back. This place is a "hidden gem" of Brookings, Oregon. It was at first a bit confusing since the office is located away from the rooms but we quickly found it and the young lady was friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with everything provided that you could ever need. The view and location is amazing. We did not have a chance to enjoy the emenities that are provided since our stay was for only one night and we had to travel on the next morning.

We had a private deck with an open view of the Smith River, and the ocean beyond. The unit was recently renovated and set up to accommodate an extended stay if one wished: great appliances, dishes, drinkware, etc. We only stayed a night, so we didn't take advantage of those. Very quiet setting, which was great.

My husband said that this was his favorite lodging ever. The view from the porch of the river/ocean was spectacular. So many birds and beauty. The tribe’s renovation of the property is very well done with great kitchenette features. Check in at the small office right off the highway was easy to then get directions to get to the motel.

There are several things to report. First, finding the office was a nightmare that required knocking on doors of people who lived in nearby trailers. Finally, we found it near an old stranded boat! But we loved the place. The view of Smith River and the Ocean was great and there were many amenities including an excellent fridge, a stove, cups, dishes, and plates--all the stuff we needed. The only negative was that some of the electrical outlets did not seem to work. You have to try several before you find a good one.

We totally enjoyed our time here. It was very quiet and peaceful. The view was outstanding. The rooms were very clean. We needed some quiet time away from everyone and this truly met our needs. Adriana was most helpful and we had an excellent experience checking in. We spent most of our time sitting in the sun on our little deck. There were things to do near and far but we never left the property. We took food that could be prepared in a microwave or on a stovetop since we knew ahead that was all there was. It was nice to have a full sized fridge. We took our own coffee maker so we could make more coffee than just the little pot that was there. There are no dining or shopping options nearby if that is important. You'll need to get in your car and drive if you want to shop or eat out somewhere. Brookings, Oregon is about 10 miles away with lots of dining options.

The property is unassuming. You can’t see the rental units from the road. But when you open your room door, you find a clean, modern, spacious room with a deck that overlooks the confluence of the Smith River and the Pacific. Egrets, herons, seal lions, pelicans, humming birds, and the sounds of the surf. Truly stunning. And the staff is kind and helpful as well. We were sad to leave! We could have stayed there a week, and we hope so much that we can make it back sometime soon.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Redwoods. The room was huge with kitchenette. Kitchenette had all basic needs + a dishwasher , fridge , micro wave. Clean floors , clean sheets , comfortable beds and pillows . The best part - the room faces smith river and ocean . The views from the room are spectacular, we got to see sunset and night sky right from our room. Room also has a balcony. Such an amazing find, do not hesitate to book, it’s only about 20 mins to Jeddadiah and 10 mins to crescent city
